To ensure a smooth experience for you and your child, here is a quick guide on our administrative and attendance policies.
Our Student Management App (Aone)
We use the Aone app to keep you updated. Through the app, you can:
- Track your child’s learning progress.
- View and manage tuition fees.
- Book replacement classes directly.
Attendance & Make-up Policy
We understand that schedules can change. To help us ensure smooth operations, please take note of the following:
- Notice Period: Kindly provide at least 1 day’s notice if your child is unable to attend.
- Late Cancellations: Lessons missed without 1 day’s notice will be charged as per normal. However if MC is provided, the lesson will not be charged.
- Validity: All make-up lessons must be completed within 3 weeks of the missed class; otherwise, the lesson will be forfeited.
How to Reschedule
If your child misses a session, we offer flexible options to ensure they don’t fall behind:
- Via the App: Simply click on “Replacement Classes” in the Aone app to pick a slot
- Manual Booking: If the app timings don’t suit you, feel free to text us on WhatsApp to arrange a time.
- Subject Flexibility: If your child cannot attend a lesson (e.g., English), they are welcome to attend a same-grade make-up lesson of another subject instead.
Tip: Setting up your Aone app notifications will ensure you never miss an update on fees!
