    Terms & Conditions

    Please read the terms and conditions carefully before enrolment. 

    1. The registration fee of $50 is a one-time payment, made upon registration with the centre and it is non-refundable.
    2. A yearly material fee of $80 per subject is collected upon enrolment.
    3. The deposit fee of ($100 per subject) is a one-time payment, made upon registration with the centre and it is refundable, subject to one month notice in accordance to our T&Cs.
    4. Insufficient fees paid will result in cancellation of registration/enrolment. 
    5. Fees will be pro-rated if the student registers and commences lesson at any juncture of the month.
    6. Payment of fees can be made via:
    • Cash Payment (at our learning centre)
    • Paynow to Principal Darren Zheng 9727 2107 
    1. (Payment of tuition fees shall be made on the first week of every month. 5% Interests will be imposed for late payment of fees.)
    2. All payments of fees are non-refundable. However, if the student is absent due to any special/valid reasons with minimum 24 hours’ notice given, the student may arrange for a replacement lesson within 7 days. Alternatively, if there are no possible replacement classes to be rescheduled, the course fees can be credited to the following course term. If less than 24 hours’ notice or if we are notified only after the start time, the session will be charged.
    3. Our SLG teachers of Smart Learning Guru will endeavour to provide reasonable care of the students while they are under our care or supervision.
    4. All costs incurred as a result of any damage, injury, loss, expense or liability that may be caused to public and/or private property by the student will be paid by the parents/guardians. In the interests of the student’s well-being whilst in the teacher’s care, the centre must be informed of any medical or other conditions affecting the Student.
    5. Please inform the centre of any changes in the students’ & parents’ contact information.
    6. Students should be aware that they are attending a highly focused group lesson to study and are expected to behave responsibly at all times. Activity which could cause disturbance to other students or centre staff will result in instant dismissal from the course. In such a case, no refund of fees will be given.
    7. Smart Learning Gurureserves the right to cancel any class at any time during the term. In the event of cancelled classes, we will do replacement classes or if there are no replacement classes then fees paid for the cancelled classes can be refunded or credited to the following term.
    8. In the event parents wish to withdraw his/her child from a class, he/she is required to inform the centre one month prior to the withdrawal date. Failing to inform with one month’s notice will result in another month’s tuition fees being imposed.
    9. No abusive language/vulgarities or any hurtful comments to anyone shall be used in the learning centre. The learning centre is solely used for academic discussions and no solicitation or other intention of uses are allowed. 
    10. Downloaded Smart learning guru materials are only for paid users and registered students and no circulation to the public is allowed. Violators will be sued for copyrights infringements. 
    11. If you need to reschedule a session and cannot do so online, please call 88395963 (SLG Admin) or 97272107 (Darren).
    12. Terms and conditions come into effect upon enrolment.
    13. The centre reserves the right to use students’ information, including but not limited to their names, level, school, results and photographs as part of the centre’s marketing purposes.
    14. Smart Learning Guru reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
